Spiritual Retreat is a property immersed in the green hills of Umbria in the municipality of Pietralunga, with 9 rooms, a renovated church from the year 1000 used as a common room for yoga and seminars, as well as 3.6 hectares of forest. It is a property divided into 3 separate buildings, but united over the years into a single body. The most fascinating room is certainly the meditation/conference room, obtained from a rural church probably dating back to around the year 1000. The rooms are simple but complete with the necessary comforts to host guests and groups for the numerous courses that the owners offer cyclically. Indeed, this place is ideal for those who want to continue the same type of work and for those who appreciate nature, the simplicity of country life and silence. The property can be reached from Pietralunga with an asphalted road, except for the last 300 meters of gravel road, which is maintained year round. The main house is accessed via stone steps. On the ground floor we have an entrance hall, breakfast room/common area, a bathroom, living room with fireplace, kitchen equipped with an industrial hood and some pantry rooms. The upper floor is accessed via a staircase in the hall or a secondary access from the kitchen. From the main staircase we find two bedrooms that share a bathroom. On this floor we find another 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and a balcony. One of the 3 rooms, very large, is currently divided with wooden panels to create two other small rooms, which can however be easily removed to restore the original space. At the center of the complex, we find a beautiful patio accessible from the kitchen or from the meditation room, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner in company in the summer. In the part adjacent to the old church, we find the guest rooms, all three facing south, with independent entrance, bathroom and loft. On the side of the structure, we have 4 other independent bedrooms with bathrooms of different sizes, as well as the technical room. The structure is completed by a large fund, a laundry room and another pantry room. There is a swimming pool built in 2005 in irregularly shaped masonry (chlorine). The property also has 3 yurts served by an external bathroom with shower, which are available during the months of activity for further groups.
