Real Estate Agency Rivijera Nekretnine was founded in 2013 in Herceg Novi. We are engaged in real estate business in the Bay of Kotor (Herceg Novi, Perast, Kotor, Tivat) and Budva.
Our mission is to provide our clients with a full range of services for real estate transactions, whether it is buying or selling an apartment, house, office space or land.
Real Estate Value Assessment - we conduct an objective assessment of the value of real estate.
Real Estate Advertising – We advertise real estate online, on our websites, on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter), and on other domestic and foreign real estate advertising portals.
Presentation of real estate - we professionally present real estate to our potential buyers.
Intermediation in real estate – Full assistance in the negotiation, sale or purchase of real estate.
Documentation verification – We check cadastral documentation and state archives (if necessary) to protect the buyer and seller as much as possible.
Where necessary, we additionally engage licensed surveying agencies to survey luxury real estate, determining the exact boundaries and conditions on the terrain. If the buyers or sellers are foreigners, we hire licensed translators.
Legal support – We provide our clients with full legal support, which we achieve in cooperation with the Notary Office.
ADMINISTRATIVE CASE – filing tax applications for buyers, switching bills (electricity, water, cleanliness) to the name of the new owner of the property.
