The stunning sunsets on the Atlantic coast, the warm ocean waters, the mild winters, and the laid-back rhythm of life on the southern coast of Portugal greatly attracted us. We were also enchanted by the magical island of Madeira, which left us with vivid impressions; however, the frequent rains and distance from the mainland made it less appealing for permanent living. Lisbon, with its rich history and diverse cultural heritage, was extremely interesting, but it couldn't keep us in the hustle and bustle of a big city life.

Nevertheless, the southern coast with its warm ocean and laid-back lifestyle seemed to us the most appealing option.

At the time of purchase, all the spots in the underground parking were occupied, but we were quite satisfied with the option of free parking on the complex's premises.

Life in a new place

After six months of living in this wonderful place, we realized that we didn't want to go back, and the thought of renting out our cozy home never crossed our minds. About three years, filled with unnoticed happiness, flew by, where daily walks along the ocean shore, affordable food, and positive emotions significantly improved our well-being.
