Over the past six months, the demand for real estate in this area has changed, and the developer has shifted focus to a different target audience.

In August 2018, the company "A-100 Development" announced the launch of the "Green Harbor" project. Svetlana Shevlik, the head of the company, shared information about the residential complex Green Harbor. This project is for everyone, but it is located on the territory of 220 hectares in 3.5 km from Minsk. Nearby are "Steklevo" wildlife preserve and a top-class golf club. The project "Zelnaya Harbor" is represented by 50 private cottages and blocks with apartments of different types.

Project development

The project is now moving to the next stage of development called "City in Nature." Infrastructure will be established, including kindergartens, shopping centers, beauty studios, and restaurants. Plans include the construction of houses with apartments of varying heights and new euro-format apartment layouts. In the coming years, the first school will also open. The residential complex, scheduled for completion in 2035, will include 280 houses of various formats, located in 18 blocks. Currently, about 100 families live in this complex, but when the project is completed, it will accommodate around 16,000 people of all ages and social backgrounds.
