$35 million is the price for the Kennedy Villa on the Riviera! Hurry up and buy!

The Kennedys really knew how to spend their summers, and now you can buy one of the family's famous villas in Southern France. Situated on a sprawling 44 acres of Côte d'Azur countryside, this presidential-approved estate is known as Domaine de Beaumont. It is located between Valbonne and Mougins and was built in 1920 by the famous French architect Jacques Quel. From 1938 to 1940, this nine-room estate served as a vacation retreat for the Kennedy family when their father Joseph Patrick Kennedy was appointed American ambassador to Great Britain. Now it can be yours for €31.5 million (or roughly $35 million).
The Kennedy family's former vacation home on the French Riviera, Domaine de Beaumont, is up for sale for $35 million by Savills. "This is a truly unique property just 10 kilometers from the bustling city of Cannes, you enter a historic property surrounded by exceptional grounds and views where peace, privacy and space reign," Savills' agent on the French Riviera, Bruno Gruat, told The New York Post.
At 12,486 square feet, the Provence-style estate (no surprise there) has elegant interiors.

It is the plot here, however, that steals the show. In addition to the historic villa, it includes a heated marble pool, tennis court, olive grove and picturesque flower gardens. If you are interested in horses, there is the option to additionally purchase stables and careers. "This estate is a true gem for lovers of architecture, nature and history," the ad notes.
