The mystery of Duploi: an 80 sqm Serbian house for €14,000
The process of buying a house can be a long one, especially when the landlord forbids asking certain questions, as the owner of a house in Banat did. She posted on her Facebook page that she was selling an 80 square meter house for 14,000 euros and provided basic information about the sale, but stressed which questions she would not answer.
The house is located in the village of Duplaya, 14 kilometers from Bele Crkve. It has an area of 80 square meters and has electricity and water connected.
The price of her property of 14,000 euros is not fixed, a contract is possible, but the owner has an interesting requirement: "I ask only serious buyers and no questions about where' 'is located and how many kilometers from Belgrade, Novi Sad...'. You have a map, take a look, the basic information is written. Have a good purchase,' she wrote.
The comments under this ad continued, and one user even offered 5000 euros for this property.
