French real estate agency L'Agence Hamilton, a subsidiary of Selection Groupe since 2015, the largest network in France specializing in the sale of prestige properties, with its head office in Rodez (Averon), has announced a 100% growth in its turnover by 2023 (amount undisclosed).
The company was founded in 2012 in Carcassonne (Odes) and offers more than 200 chateaux and estates for sale in 35 French departments (35 agencies). Despite the stagnant real estate market, the luxury real estate sector continues to grow in 2022 (+30% in volume and +10% in price) and remains more resilient than the traditional market.
