Agents have to pass an exam to work in real estate

Veselin Dragash, chairman of the real estate trade group at the Chamber of Commerce, expressed hope that the Law on Mediation in Real Estate Transactions could come into force in early 2024.

Dragaš said that the real estate market in Montenegro is stable. He pointed out that at the moment there is a noticeable decrease in the number of buyers compared to last year, which was a "record year". Currently, as he emphasized, there is no decrease in real estate prices and should not be expected to happen in the near future.
