According to data from real estate search platforms, the center of Athens and the famous Halkidiki are the most sought after locations for property purchases by foreign buyers, with Kassandra, Sithonia, Kallikratesia, Moudanya being the most sought after. In the last quarter of 2023, the average price per square meter in Halkidiki was 2193 euros, which is 12.1% more than in the same period of the previous year, when the price per square meter was 1957 euros.
