ARGAN has published its new ESG strategy and set ambitious targets for 2025 and 2030

ARGAN, France's only listed PREMIUM warehouse development and leasing company, has published its ESG report for 2023, detailing its strategy for the period from 2023 to 2030 and presenting its performance in 2022. This new phase reinforces the company's commitment in favor of responsible development for the benefit of all its stakeholders (customers, shareholders, employees, territories...). Its ambition is to become the benchmark for efficient, sustainable and PREMIUM logistics.

Launched almost 10 years ago, ARGAN's ESG strategy has been translated into many measures, including the first report published in 2022.

Among the achievements of recent years, ARGAN highlights:

• There is a new phase aimed at clearly and firmly reaffirming our commitment to the three ESG components and aligning our approach with international standards, such as SBTi for our low carbon trajectory.

This updated strategy is long term (to 2030) with regular milestones and adjustments and refocusing where necessary.

Our strategic objectives, selected from the 35 stated for 2025 and 2030, are part of ARGAN's ESG 2023-2030 plan and reflect the common will of the group's management and all its employees to strengthen their efforts in three areas: Environmental, Social / Community and Governance.

Our ESG strategy reflects ourselves: ambitious and pragmatic, based on concrete measures to limit our impact and help our clients achieve their own goals. In other words, ESG as Efficiency, Moderation, Win/Win!
