Arsenal SGR launches Areus II, a new fund for U.S. real estate investments.

Arsenale Sgr just launched a new fund called Areus II (Arsenale Real Estate United States II), designed to invest in United States real estate. It's a closed-end fund available only to qualified investors and aims to raise approximately $200 million in 18 months from launch.

The fund will make opportunistic and strategic investments in the redevelopment of office spaces located primarily in the metropolitan areas of Los Angeles, Boston, San Francisco and New York. These regions are known for their dynamic markets and the presence of leading U.S.
