Currently, assets worth between 5,000 euros and 12 April 2024 are being auctioned on the Leilosoc platform. Among them are warehouses, shops, land for construction, or residential properties located in the Greater Porto area, Central region, or Algarve. The total value of the assets up for auction exceeds 5.6 million euros. The sales process is related to the liquidation of a real estate portfolio, in partnership with Leilosoc, which is responsible for organizing the event.
