More than 250,000 Brazilians have already purchased a home in Portugal.

Every year, more and more Brazilians are showing interest in investing in luxury real estate in Portugal. The average price of properties purchased by Brazilian investors is €1,369,000, according to data from the Porta da Frente Christie's portal. According to the agency, over 250,000 Brazilians have already bought homes in Portugal, which accounts for about 15% of total sales in 2023.

The main reason why Brazilians decide to move overseas is safety.

However, Portugal's appeal to them also lies in its beach locations, spacious homes, similar lifestyle (especially in Cascais and Oeiras), and high quality of family life.

Recently, the agency organized an event in São Paulo to introduce the Brazilian market to Portugal. In collaboration with the real estate agency AXPE, a presentation titled "The Best Homes in Portugal" took place.

The goal was to showcase investment opportunities in the national real estate market, highlight its main attractions, various neighborhoods, and available products.

“Since 2012, we have been operating in Brazil, aiming to expand our market through partnerships. This event was another step in that direction. We were very pleased with the strong interest, not only from consultants but also from their clients, whom we are already serving,” comments Rafael Assenso, founder and partner of Porta da Frente Christie's, according to the press service.
