At the present time in theSpainfive projects comprising 300 dwellings of this type are under development, although forecasts point to growth of more than 300% in the coming years. According to consulting firm Colliers, the supply will reach 1,200 units in four years, spread over 17 sites in the country's main tourist areas. Moreover, prices will be increasingly high: in some cases they will range between €20,000 and €30,000 per m2, clearly above the €15,500 per m2 for which the ‘branded residences’ of the Four Seasons Hotel in the center were sold forMadridIn 2017.
