If the house sells for nearly that high a price, it will set a record for the city, surpassing the sale of a circa 1810 mansion that sold for $24.5 million in 2007.
The limestone-clad mansion has a cobblestone street with a central fountain. Completed in April 2022, the limestone-clad mansion with a mansard roof is inspired by France's Chateau du Grand-Lucé hotel. It features five bedrooms and nine bathrooms spread across 16,250 square feet designed by Thomas Physant.

The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast island, high-end Miele, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and the adjoining breakfast area connects to the family room with glazed walls.
