The mansion, previously owned by country music legend Kenny Rogers ATLANTA - If you are a huge fan of country music and have $3.95 million, you can live in a mansion in Atlanta that was previously owned by the late legendary country musician and longtime Atlantan Kenny Rogers.

The house, now seemingly abandoned, has made headline news in recent years after it became known as a "party house." Atlanta police received at least 100 complaints about the house in 2019. Then Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms introduced a bill to amend the city's 1982 Zoning Ordinance to regulate large-scale commercial events held on residential properties.

Interestingly, the estate has also appeared in several music videos including the official music video for the song "Ric Flair Drip". Rogers sold the mansion for $8.5 million in 2006 to Adeyinka "Yinka" Adesokan and Dr. Paula Nelson, who were subsequently fined for double billing family dermatology patients and no longer reside in the United States. In 2019, the party house operator pleaded guilty to charges related to hosting illegal events and was forced to spend time in jail and pay several thousand dollars in fines.
