The price per hectare of an agricultural plot reaches 40,000 euros! Vojvodina and other regions are also seeing high prices.

The real estate market has stabilized after stagnation this year, but prices of agricultural plots have increased by 4% compared to the first half of 2022, a report by the Republican Geodetic Institute shows.
The most expensive agricultural plots are in the neighborhood of New Garden, where a hectare sold for 36,700 euros. High prices are also noted in Bačkoj Palanka, where a hectare reached 30,700, and in Kovačica, where a hectare was sold for 28,250 euros.
The fifty most active districts in Serbia recorded a 6% increase in the number of sale and purchase transactions of agricultural plots compared to last year. The highest prices are observed in South Bacsko District, while the lowest prices are in Toplicko District.'The most affordable plots are in the Mid-Banat and South Banat districts, where a hectare sells for 850 euros. The data analysis was carried out by linking data from the real estate price register with data from the real estate cadastre, excluding sales of plots in construction zones and plots with built properties.
