Central Pattana tops the DJSI World 2023 rankings in the real estate sector.
Central Pattana plc, Thailand's leading real estatedeveloper, has achieved a significant sustainability milestone by being ranked first in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices-World (DJSI World) for 2023.
It received the highest score, or Top 1% of S&P Global CSA's global ranking in the property management and development category among 299 companies worldwide in this sector, according to the Sustainability Yearbook 2024 report.
Central Pattana, which is listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand with a capitalization of 289 billion baht, has been selected by DJSI World for the past 6 years, DJSI Emerging Markets for the past 10 years and S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook for the past 6 years. This recognition confirms its global leadership in continuously promoting sustainable development.
Ms. Vallaya Chirathiwat, President and CEO of Central Pattana plc, said that being ranked first out of 299 global companies in this sector confirms that the company's business practices are aligned with its vision of "Imagining Better Futures for All".
