The prices for houses in Serbia start from 400 euros and go up to 4,800,000 euros: people prefer to shop in Vojvodina, and one city

Subotica has been the leading city in Vojvodina for three consecutive years in terms of the number of houses sold, with 3,152 units sold between 2021 and 2023, with prices ranging from 1,000 to 245,000 euros. More than a million, more precisely 1,054,990 euros, was the price of a house in Novi Sad sold in 2022, data from the Republican Surveyor's Office show, indicating that the volume of house sales at the level of the entire country in 2023 decreased by 15 percent compared to 2022.
Top cities for house sales in Vojvodina
- AfterSubotica, where 1,098 houses were sold last year, with prices ranging from 1,000 to 192,500 euros, is followed by Zreñanin with 788 concluded transactions.
- In third place is Novi Sad with 593 sold unitshousesthe cheapest of which cost 9,000 and the most expensive cost half a million euros.
- In fourth place for the number of houses sold is Sombor with 463 transactions, with prices ranging from €1,000 to €130,000 for a given housereal estate.
Characteristics of homes sold
The most popular houses were between 70 and 120 square meters, then between 20 and 70 square meters, and between 120 and 170 square meters. Larger houses accounted for six percent of the total number of houses sold in Serbia.
