If the share of these apartments is higher, the average price per square meter in new construction will be significantly lower, and if the share is lower, the price will be higher.

The average price per square meter of an apartment in new construction in Montenegro in the category of commercial companies in 2023 was 1.555 euros, while in the category of solidarity housing construction it was 589 euros. It should be noted that this study does not reflect the supply and demand for new apartments on the market, but takes into account the prices indicated in concluded sales contracts, as emphasized by the Central Statistical Office of Montenegro.
