Prices for square meters in Serbia: the highest price in January.

At the beginning of 2024, there is nothing new on the real estate market in Serbia. The most expensive price per square meter was again recorded in Belgrade, while the cheapest price was in Pančevo. More specifically, the highest price per square meter was in the center of the capital - exactly 3,407 euros, while in Pančevo the price per square meter was 1,365 euros.
Old Town
ranks first in terms of property value, followed by Vračar with a price of 3,398 euros per square meter. These neighborhoods registered slight price increases in January by 0.41% and 0.38% respectively.
Nova Belgrade
in third place with a price per square meter of 2,605 euros, which is slightly lower than in the previous month - by 0.19%. In Vozdovac the price is 2,542 euros.
The most significant drop in the price of a square meter occurred in Paliluli, and it amounted to 4.13%, with a price of about 2,300 euros. If we talk about the capital, the cheapest square meter is in Mirievo and in January cost 1,875 euros, which is a stable level without fluctuations, according to the website Nekretnine.rs.

The central districts of Novi Sad were in the "red zone" in January.
Price per square meter in Nishu
In the south of Serbia, the prices per square meter are almost twice as cheap as in the northern part of the country, which is confirmed by the January report, and the prices were in a slight increase, except in Palilije Palilule, where the price fell by about 1.47%. A square meter on Bulevar Nemanjić cost 1,650 euros, on Panteleju - 1,494 euros, and in the village of Durlan - 1,476 euros.
Prices per square meter in Kragujevac
Prices per square meter in Kragujevac, according to the website Nekretnine.rs, remained stable in January. The average price was 1,400 euros.
