Real estate prices in Moroccan cities are on fire

According to a report published by the Bank of Morocco and the National Agency for Real Estate and Archaeology, the real estate price index rose significantly in the third quarter of 2023.

The report shows that the real estate price index increased by 0.7% in the third quarter of 2023. Overall, real estate prices declined 4.5%, but residential real estate prices increased 0.8%. Apartment prices rose by 0.7%, villa prices by 2.9% and house prices by 12%. Land prices also rose by 0.3% and the number of transactions increased by 28%.

In different cities, prices also changed, for example in Rabat, residential property prices increased by 2.9%.

These data reflect the trend of rising real estate prices in Morocco.
