Housing prices in Lisbon continue to rise.

Home sale prices in Lisbon increased by 1.9% in the first quarter of this year compared to the previous quarter and by 7.7% compared to the same period last year, according to the price index from Confidencial Imobiliário.
This growth is more intense compared to the last quarter of 2022, which means that prices in Lisbon are rising at a faster rate than at the end of the year.

The capital is following the national trend, which shows an acceleration in price growth that emerged after a decline noted in the second half of last year. According to SIR-Sistema de Informação Residencial, in the first quarter of this year, the average selling price of homes in Lisbon was 4,203 euros per square meter, marking the sixth consecutive quarter in which the capital's real estate market has traded above the 4,000 euros per square meter mark.
