Colliers International has received prestigious recognition from the International Property Awards, an international accreditation organization, as a mark of distinction for professionalism in the real estate industry.

The award will be presented to Colliers International at the European Property Awards online ceremony on December 11, 2020.

Colliers Montenegro will compete for the prestigious "Best in Europe" award alongside the best real estate professionals in the European region.

We recall that Colliers International Montenegro was recognized as the best consulting company in Europe at the end of 2015.

The evaluation process is conducted by an independent panel of 80 real estate experts, chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords of the UK Parliament.

The International Property Awards have been running for 27 years in 45 different categories divided by region: Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central and South America, the Caribbean Islands, USA, UK and Asia Pacific.
