What Fartskhaladze owns in Russia - TI-Georgia discussed

According to International Organization-Georgia, based on documents found, Georgia's chief prosecutor Otar Partskhaladze received a Russian passport as a Russian citizen on February 24, 2021. After obtaining citizenship, he acquired significant assets in Russia, including real estate and assets, within two years.

The non-profit organization is investigating who Otar Partskhaladze is, how he became wealthy, how he escaped sanctions and what ties he has to Russia and Georgia, as well as what legal measures should have been taken against him by law enforcement to prevent him from avoiding responsibility via the Internet.

According to information from International Organization-Georgia, after obtaining citizenship, Partskhaladze significantly increased his assets in Russia - in 2013 he owned two assets, and in 2018 his assets increased to 24 units. "Otar Partskhaladze has ties to both the release and the founder of the ruling party, Bidzina Ivanishvili," writes International Organization-Georgia.

Partskhaladze's Russian assets became known for the first time thanks to television station Pervy in February 2023.

After obtaining citizenship, Partskhaladze significantly increased his assets in Russia within 2 years, including acquiring important assets and real estate in the Krasnogorsk district of the village of Pozdniakovo. It owns a total area of 1,480 square meters and a construction area of 472.1 square meters. Both assets were registered in the name of Otar Partskhaladze on December 5, 2021; he registered them in his own name in Russia in 2022.

It is important to note that International Organization-Georgia also found documents that indicate that Partskhaladze received consulting services from two Russian consulting companies (Moscow Business Brokerage LLC and Union of International Business LLC) in which he holds a 50% stake.
