Deputy Hazem al-Jandi proposed exporting real estate to attract investments - Seventh Day.

Engineer Hazem El-Gendy, a member of the Council of Sheikhs, has proposed the desire to export real estate to attract investments. In his proposal, he addressed Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and Minister of Housing Assem El-Gazzar, suggesting the export of Egyptian real estate in foreign currency to attract investments and ensure foreign currency inflow. Hazem noted that the import of real estate depends on attracting foreign capital to the real estate market in the form of various investments, as well as the influx of foreign currency into the country. He also mentioned that the state has begun planning an important initiative to promote real estate exports to individuals from abroad, offering them the opportunity to acquire residential units through various and unconventional means.

Egypt is placing special emphasis on exporting real estate to foreigners and Egyptians living abroad, providing them with incentives and benefits in this regard. Hazem calls for the establishment of a company to promote Egyptian real estate abroad and assist foreign investors. He also speaks about the need to improve the real estate registration system for foreigners and the implementation of a national identification number for all properties in Egypt.
