As for the southern part of Serbia, houses priced at 10,000 euros can be found in Trstenik, for example, where a house of 80 square meters is being sold for that amount, but the owner noted that it needs repairs.

In the vicinity of Krusevac, a property is for sale for 8,500 euros. It is more suitable for a summer house, but the owner notes that it can easily be expanded to create living space. The heating is electric. There is a terrace, and the property comes with a field of 14 acres and a hectare of forest. For the same amount, you can buy a "registered and legalized house with an area of 202 square meters on a plot of 1163 square meters in Sombor. The house is currently being renovated. Also, in Backa Topola, a house of 45 square meters is offered for 8,500 euros, emphasizing its good location and proximity to the highway.
