Digital Real Estate reports Q4 2023 results.
Digital Realty, the world's largest provider of cloud-neutral and carrier-neutral data centers, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2023. Revenue totaled $1.4 billion, down 2% from the previous quarter but up 11% from a year ago. The company also announced an increase in earnings per share to $0.08, up from -$0.02 in the prior year.

The financial report also notes that Digital Realty signed purchase agreements that are expected to bring it $110 million in annualized rental revenue. In addition, Digital Realty provided a forecast for 2024, expecting Core FFO per share to be in the range of $6.60 to $6.75.
