Do Kwon is thrown out of jail in Montenegro, awaiting arrest and fighting extradition.

Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, has found himself embroiled in a lengthy legal tussle. A trial in the US and a questionable extradition still hang in the air, and his situation remains unpredictable. Recently, however, a game-changing event occurred: a court ruling moved him from prison to house arrest.
Do Kwon's legal mess is linked to the massive collapse of TerraUSD, a financial disaster amounting to an astounding $40 billion dollars. The aftermath of that disaster has landed him in even more trouble.
Important legal steps
On March 22, Montenegro's Supreme Court intervened, replacing Kwon's imprisonment with house arrest. While this brought some relief, there are strict conditions.

Recent events have led to a clash in Montenegro's justice system. The Chief Prosecutor is challenging the authority of the Superior Court on the issue of Kwon's extradition to the United States. This disagreement led to the intervention of the Supreme Court itself, halting the extradition process and sparking a debate on legal jurisdiction.
The steps of the Supreme Court
Local reports indicate that the Council of the Supreme Court, which includes the President of the Society of Judges Milenka Seka Žižić and judges Ana Vuković, Zoran Šćepanović, Vesna Vučković and Seka Piletić, made the decision, citing Article 440, paragraph 4 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which states that "the Supreme Court, considering the content of the application for legal protection, may decide to postpone or suspend the execution of the final judgment."
Do Kwon is struggling with this situation right now. His move to house arrest is a significant turnaround in his tumultuous journey. While uncertainty continues, this change offers some stability amidst the storm of extradition and legal complexities.
