DOLCE&GABBANA presents stunning details and glamorous design in its first residential project in the USA by JDS DEVELOPMENT GROUP.

Dolce & Gabbana unveiled a new design and details about flexible living at 888 Brickell, their first project.real estateand in a condo hotel inU.S., in collaboration with the developer JDS Development Group.
The uniqueness of the project lies in the fact that the Dolce&Gabbana residences are flawlessly transformed into separate rooms and suites that can be used simultaneously by owners and hotel guests, without compromising privacy, and each has its own separate entrance.
Customers will be able to rent out theirhouses...designed by Dolce&Gabbana, through the hotel program, when they are not there themselves.
The condo hotel will have 250 rooms and suites, six restaurants, andbarsand also a signature restaurant on the first floor, twobarin the grand lobby, pool, and restaurant withbaromfor outdoor lunches and dinners, a demonstration kitchen and a private dining room.
Public spaces designed in the Dolce&Gabbana style showcase impeccable dedication to craftsmanship and an unprecedented hybrid of condo-hotel and hospitality service, blending with a luxurious living experience.
The main living hall of the hotel is adorned with black marble and features a dramatic wall of burgundy marble, along with three luxurious handmade chandeliers. Upon arriving on the first floor, an impressive marble staircase catches the eye, leading to the hotel reception and exclusive lounge areas, as well as private receptions for residents and hotel guests.
Bar-The lounge will become a luxurious retreat for entertainment and relaxation, combining exquisite textures, black and white marbles, stained glass, velvet (including the iconic zebra-in-black), as well as polished nickel.
The main highlight of the Dolce&Gabbana design is the event space: a two-story area with a meticulously designed stage and DJ booth.



The project design reflects the fashion house's commitment to the search for the perfect meeting of Italianate and Miami glamour and grace, according to the press release.
