Some properties, which are not even better than cans of sardines, cost more money than most Portuguese will ever see! 48 square meters cost 350,000 euros or 34 square meters cost 149,900 euros!!! A can of sardines, despite a better location or upgraded finishes, is still just a can of sardines. It's urgent to deflate this huge property bubble!

I saw an apartment in Algarve that was priced at 135,000 euros when the pandemic started. Remax raised the price to 146,000, and now they are offering a discount, lowering the price back to 135,000...
