When Travis Kelce isn't catching touchdown passes, he's relaxing in his luxurious 10,000-square-foot Kansas City estate. But his cozy apartment doesn't compare to his new lover Taylor Swift's impressive $150 million estate, which spans the coast and extends across the ocean.

In 2019, Kelcey, the Chiffs' Tight End of the Team, bought himself a seven-bedroom luxury mansion in Kansas City's refined Briarcliff West neighborhood. For $995,000, he made the place his own. In 2007, the home underwent a major renovation, primarily on the first and second floors. Despite his estimated fortune of around $30 million dollars, Kelsey preferred simplicity in this luxurious abode until he started dating Swift. The modest home, which he purchased for a little under $1 million in 2019, is 10,000 square feet and has a pool.

Kelsey has decided to significantly upgrade his standard of living, and part of that has to do with Swift. The Chiffs' tit-and-tat team just bought a new $6 million dollar home in Kansas City, a deal that closed on Tuesday. Kelsey's new estate is 17,000 square feet. According to sources, Kelsey was a little "insecure" in his recent modest abode and wanted something a little more gorgeous to impress his new fling, megapop star Swift. Separate sources also told TMZ that Kelsey's old home had become too affordable and was attracting tourists, which made Kelsey feel uncomfortable. Kelsey's new place is much bigger and more private than his old home. Built in 1998, the house has six bedrooms and six bathrooms and is approximately 17,000 square feet. It also screams luxury. Amenities include a six-car garage, a wine cellar, a Beverly Hills-style pool, lighted tennis and pickleball courts and miniature golf on more than three acres.

In addition, Kelsey also owns a modest 1,434 square foot condo in Orlando that he shares with his parents and his brother Jason Kelsey.

Taylor Swift's real estate

In recent years, Kelsey has also been spotted enjoying life in a luxury skyscraper in Kansas City called One Light Luxury. This 25-story tall building, completed in 2015, stands in the heart of downtown KC, making it the perfect place to enjoy local restaurants, shopping, concerts, and nightlife. Amenities include a rooftop pool, free gym membership and free internet from Google Fiber. Kelsey's luxury home costs $3,400 per month.

On the other hand, Swift's real estate far surpasses Kelsey's. This pop sensation has dominated the music industry for over a decade, making big money from albums, concerts that sell out faster than you can say "Swiftie," and merchandise that instantly disperses from warehouses. Her fortune is estimated at a staggering $740 million, making her the second richest independent woman in music after Rihanna with a fortune of $1.4 billion and ahead of Madonna's $580 million fortune. But her success isn't just limited to music. Since 2011, she has been quietly amassing a real estate portfolio that would make even the most seasoned real estate tyrants turn green with envy. Properties in Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, Rhode Island and elsewhere are valued at a staggering $150 million.

A party at a restaurant

Swift and Kelsey were recently spotted enjoying a post-match dinner at a local restaurant in Kansas City, and they didn't just dine and leave. No, they shut the place down for the night. Kelsey and the 12-time Grammy Award winner turned the Prime Social Rooftop in Kansas City into their personal playground. The fun lasted late into the night, and the rumored lovers were "very affectionate." "Travis rented a restaurant for his family and team. Taylor showed up dressed in a denim dress and was seen having appetizers, cocktails and dancing next to Travis," an eyewitness reported. "The two were very affectionate with each other but kept the atmosphere fun and light. Kelsey's teammates also came to the party, as well as his mom, Donna Kelsey. The party lasted until 2 a.m."
