These are two crafty realtors who engaged in a large-scale fraudulent scheme for a total of870,000 euros. And the Irish publication Irish Sun today reveals how ringleader Son Boylan (72 years old) and his accomplice Colin Horan (38 years old) could lose all their assets after being sentenced last week for deceiving16 innocent victims.

Mastermind and Accomplice

The mastermind Son Boylan led the scheme through the companies Extra Sales Consulting Ltd and M & M Marketing Strategies Ltd, while Colin Horan was his accomplice in this real estate project that defrauded clients.

Fraud in real estate sales

Clients were deceived during the sale of an apartment in Turkey. A duo led by "Extra Sales Consulting Ltd" and "M & M Marketing Strategies Ltd" offered the sale of Irish real estate in Bulgaria and Turkey. They even pressured their victims to grant them power of attorney over their property before the sale.

Profit and Loss

Home and fraud. When apartments were sold in pairs between August 16, 2012, and July 22, 2015, they kept the profits for themselves. Only a small portion of the money was returned to some of their victims. The main processors in Ireland believe that the profits from the sale of the houses were used to pay off a huge tax bill in Ireland and were also left in accounts in Turkey.

Victims

Among their victims were a woman suffering from cancer, parents raising money for their children's education, and a man who was owed 96,000 euros and had a nervous breakdown.

THE VICTIMS SAY They targeted people from Dublin, Cork, Drogheda, Longford, Mayo, and County Clare.

Investigation of the guard

The investigation was initiated by Detective Sergeant Jennifer Weldon, Police Detective Rebecca Deveney, Inspector Dennis Ellard, and Inspector Fran Byrne under the command of Superintendent Joe Gannon at the police station at the intersection of Pierce Street. After the couple's liquidator stated that they were still trading despite their debts, on August 2, 2015, the woman contacted the police, claiming that she was owed 48,000 euros from the sale of their property in Kusadasi, Turkey.

Accusations and legal proceedings

In July 2019, the Attorney General decided to charge them with violations of the Companies Act. They pleaded guilty in February 2020, before being found guilty last week.

"'Boylan seemed like he didn't have a wicked bone in his body, but he was rotten to the core.'" - comments one of Son Boylan's victims.

A special meeting will be held next month to address the issue of the couple's asset confiscation.

Fraudsters were selling Irish holiday homes in Turkey and Bulgaria and pocketing the profits.

Most of the news in News Protsvetaya, Boyanov's house in the Kavan district is valued at just 120,000 euros. More details in the Irish Sun.
