The Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020 highlights the resilience of the real estate sector in a challenging year.

After a year full of challenges, the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020 ceremony became an opportunity to celebrate the resilience of the industry and show that everything is returning to normal. A total of 25 winners were awarded at the exclusive ceremony held at the Park Hyatt Bangkok on September 17. Thailand is a global leader in preventing the spread of COVID-19, and numerous precautions were taken to ensure the safety of the evening. This was one of the first major real estate events since the country began its gradual recovery in June.

This year, it achieved great success, recording year-on-year growth and developing the most sought-after residential projects in the country. The construction company's work was recognized with the awards for ThailandDeveloper of the Year 2020 and Best Housing Developer Thailand.

One of the most notable new developments in Bangkok was recognized with a very special award at the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020. The PARQ received a Special Award for Green Innovations.

"The special award for green innovations is a confirmation of our vision brought to life - to become Thailand's leader in green innovations and sustainable development. Today, The PARQ is on its way to becoming the first professional commercial building in Thailand to be certified LEED and WELL, thanks to the successful collaborative efforts of TCC Assets and Frasers Property," said director Kasemsubsiri, Khun Kamolnai Chaixanien. "We are grateful for this recognition and look forward to continuing to raise the standards of green innovations and sustainable development in Thailand and beyond."

The most coveted award is the People's Choice Award for Best Project in Thailand 2020, one of the few real estate awards in the country that is determined by public voting. This year, the public chose The Estelle Phrom Phong by Raimon Land as their favorite real estate project.

The Estelle Phrom Phong also won the award for Best Luxury Residential Apartment in Bangkok.

Outside of Bangkok, developers continue to work on remarkable projects. Among these great developments is Intercontinental Residences Hua Hin by Proud Real Estate, the winner of the Best Branded Residence Hua Hin and Best Luxury Apartment Hua Hin awards. Meanwhile, Wyndham Garden Irin Bangsaray Pattaya by Irin Property has been named the best investment condominium on the East Coast for the second consecutive year.

The Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020 also recognized the best real estate agencies operating in the country. This year, five companies were acknowledged. The best real estate agency in Thailand in 2020 is Bridge Estate (Thailand), List Sotheby's International Realty, Condo Connection Thailand, Coldwell Banker SEA Property, and YTD Land & Houses - Yarontida Co., Ltd.
