Dusit International will manage four new wellness-focused properties in India

Dusit International, one of Thailand's leading hotel and construction companies, has signed HMA and RMA agreements with Ziogreen Private Limited, a renowned real estate development firm based in Bangalore, to manage four properties in the beautiful locations of Karnataka, in southern India.

The four properties will open in mid-2026 and will focus on 'harmonious well-being' and operate within the distinctive mid-sized brand of Dusit Princess, known for its unique blend of local culture and character in each property. The total area will be around 450 units.

One of the hotels will be located in the Kodagu region, also known as the 'Scotland of India', with its hilly landscapes and pleasant climate.

The facilities will promote well-being and cover aspects such as holistic healing, Ayurvedic treatments and ancient Thai healing principles.
