Jennifer Lopez sells Bel-Air estate for nearly $34 million.

Jennifer Lopez has been on the market for a relatively short time, but has managed to find a buyer for her former bachelor pad. The multi-profile entertainer originally asked $42.5 million for her Bel Air property, but after dropping the price this summer, Lopez agreed to sell it for $33,950,000.
Set behind a gate on eight acres, the residence was originally designed by the great architect Samuel Marks. Nine bedrooms, thirteen bathrooms and approximately 1,200 square feet of living space make this French country home a true masterpiece that utilizes natural stone, wood and the surrounding nature.
The main level features a living room with high ceilings, bar,''fireplace and steel windows and doors opening to stone terraces.

The lower level features a recreation room with a 30-seat movie room, and upstairs is an office/massage room and guest room. The master bedroom wing includes a library/living room, fireplace, two walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms that open to landscaped terraces and a picturesque cascading stream.
The large grounds include a great guest house/studio/exercise room, a one hundred seat amphitheater, a weatherboard with fire pit, an organic vegetable garden, an entertaining pavilion with full kitchen, a private lake with sandy beach and summer showers.
