Edilite Acrobatics: revenues of 118m for the first 9M 2023 (+6%) | MonitorImmobiliare
For the first 9 months of 2023, Edilizia Acrobatica generated revenues of 118 million euros, an increase of 6% compared to the same period in 2022.
But relative to the direct subsidiaries in Italy, revenues amounted to 86 million euros, down 16.7% compared to the first 9 months of last year, when the company benefited from government incentives.
The number of contracts awarded increased by 53%.
Energy, the group's energy efficiency subsidiary, recorded revenues of 23.4 million euros, up from the 3.7 million recorded by September 30, 2022.
Enigma Capital, a company headquartered in the United Arab Emirates in which Edilizia Acrobatica is the main''shareholder, earned 4.4 million euros.
The group's total workforce amounted to around 2,400 people, including employees of the parent company and controlling subsidiaries EdiliziAcrobatica France, EdiliziAcrobatica Iberica, EdiliziAcrobatica Monaco, and EdiliziAcrobatica in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Nepal, as well as Energy and franchise activities.
Anna Marras, Chief Executive Officer of Acrobatica, commented, "We cannot fail to note that the abrupt termination of invoice discounts and consequently the reduction of tax incentives in Italy were offset by three important factors: the commercial actions we undertook through a partnership with a leading bank; international expansion through the acquisition of a 51% stake in Enigma Capital in the United Arab Emirates; and the diversification of the business through the''establishing Acrobatica Energy to exploit the opportunities of the Energy Efficiency in Building Directive'.
