Electricity supply and heating in Serbia: census data
In Serbia, 3.58 million apartments are equipped with electricity, which is 99.3% of the total number of apartments censused last year, the Republican Statistical Office (RSO) reports.
The census also showed that water supply systems are available in 3.42 million apartments, which is 94.7%, and sewerage in 3.41 million apartments, which is 94.6%.
Heating is installed in 1.82 million apartments, accounting for 50.6% of the total, while 404,405 apartments are connected to the centralized gas system, accounting for 11.2%.
