Predibisa, responsible for publishing and marketing the project, says: "Splendouro is in the marketing phase, with prices starting from €1.3 million, according to Jornal de Negócios, and is due for completion in May 2024. The mediator says: "It is synonymous with refuge, tranquility and relaxation at home, without giving up the proximity to services, cultural offerings, recreation and diversity that characterizes the city of Gaia and Porto."
