A well-known real estate agency, announced the sale of a villa in Art Nouveau style, built in the XX century, in the center of Barcelona for 3.1 million euros. It is the highest residential building in the city and is located on the Tibidabo hill. The villa is divided into two independent units with a separate entrance and garden on a plot of 1,316 square meters. The total built area is 648 square meters.
History and restoration
The villa was built in 1912 by architect Albert Juan Torner and is listed on the Spanish Foundation for Historic and Unique Houses register.

The company conducted a total of 8,495 transactions in the domestic market, including 4,404 sales and 4,091 leases. A notable growth of 30% was recorded in the rental segment with a total transaction volume of 122.6 million euros.
The increase in prices on the market
This was mainly due to an increase in rental prices, which averaged €2,497. The company also increased average selling prices (by 6.3%), reaching an amount of EUR 744,687.
