Épopée Gestion acquires 6 future messaging platforms in France - Le Journal des Entreprises - Finistère'.

Brest-based investment fund Épopée Gestion, real estate development entrepreneur collective Axtom (170 employees) and real estate developer Exia announce the signing of a contract for the construction of six postal warehouses, most of which will be located on the Atlantic Arc. The investment will amount to 54 million euros for a total area of approximately 36,500 square meters.

The entire complex, which has Breeam Very Good certification, has been acquired by Épopée Gestion through its subsidiary Épopée Immo Rendement I on a future sale (VEFA) basis.

Three sites will be developed by Axdev1 at Nior in Deux-Sèvres (5,738 square' 'meters), Agen in Lot-et-Garonne (3,950 square meters) and Brive-la-Gayarde in Corrèze (7,208 square meters). Three other assets will be built by Exia in Troyes in Aube (7,268 square meters), Le Mans in Sarthe (7,271 square meters) and Mont de Marsan in Landes (5,072 square meters).

This is Épopée Gestion's thirteenth real estate operation; the Épopée Immo Rendement I portfolio reaches 220 million euros in two years.
