Eurocastle announces the results of the annual shareholders' meeting for 2024 and notification of transactions with PDMR.

Guernsey, June 13, 2024 – Today, Eurocastle Investment Limited (Euronext Amsterdam: ECT) (hereinafter referred to as "Eurocastle" or "the Company") announced the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders, which took place on June 12, 2024. All items, both ordinary and extraordinary, included in the agenda as per the notice of the annual meeting sent to shareholders on May 28, 2024, were unanimously approved.

In addition, today the company will grant 1,000 common shares to each of the three independent directors as part of their compensation. In accordance with the obligations set out in Article 19 of EU Regulation 596/2014, the company will disclose the following information about transactions involving its shares conducted by persons performing managerial responsibilities:
