Evernest increases revenue forecast by140% by2023 thanks to the acquisition of500 new properties in Spain.

MADRID, Oct 9 (EUROPA PRESS) - Real estateagency Evernest has increased its revenue forecast in Spain by 140% compared to its initial figures, after attracting more than 500 new properties in the country in its first year of operations in Spain. Of these 500 properties, the company now maintains more than 200 active on its platform among which the average price is 1.2 million euros, as stated in a press release, which also notes that this year it has stabilized its staff of 50 professionals, including employees and real estate consultants.

In recent months, the company has focused its activities in Madrid's premium neighborhoods with a communication and marketing strategy focused on launching the brand and building a team of real estate professionals and consultants. In the first year, the average time to sell a property on the Evernest platform is less than two months before a reserve is concluded, with Salamanca, Retiro, Chambéry and Centro being the predominant districts.

The German real estateagency has thus surpassed the business objectives it set for its first year in Spain, where it arrived in October 2022, becoming its first market outside Germany.
