eXp Realty has announced the appointment of Reni Kaspar as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective April 1, 2024. She has over twenty years of experience in managing global talent and personnel. Her expertise includes building HR teams from the ground up and optimizing existing ones for maximum performance. Reni is joining eXp after a successful tenure at Koneksa Health, where she held key positions in operations, client engagement management, and go-to-market strategy development.

Seth Sigler has been named eXp Realty's chief innovation officer with the task of working with agents to develop and test beta solutions, quickly identifying new technologies that can deliver significant results and scale effectively.
