eXp Realty, a real estate expert, welcomes Reni Kaspar as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, appoints Seth Sigler as Chief Innovation Officer, and Sumant Kamat as Chief Technology Officer to drive technological advancement, innovation, and global growth. Felix Bravo has been appointed Vice President of Growth to accelerate international growth efforts.

Assignment Reni Kaspar

eXp Realty has announced the appointment of Reni Kaspar as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective April 1, 2024. She has over twenty years of experience in managing global talent and personnel. Her expertise includes building HR teams from the ground up and optimizing existing ones for maximum performance. Reni is joining eXp after a successful tenure at Koneksa Health, where she held key positions in operations, client engagement management, and go-to-market strategy development.

Assignment of technology officers

To support eXp Realty's vision for growth and innovation, the company has restructured its information technology team. Seth Sigler has been named eXp Realty's chief innovation officer with the task of working with agents to develop and test beta solutions, quickly identifying new technologies that can deliver significant results and scale effectively.

Under Sumant Kamath's leadership as eXp Realty's Chief Technology Officer, the team will focus on deploying comprehensive technology solutions across the company.

Appointment of the Vice President for International Growth

Felix Bravo has been appointed Vice President of International Growth to expand eXp's global footprint. He will drive eXp Realty's expansion into global markets and strengthen the company's global footprint.
