According to the latest data from the Portuguese Association of Investment Funds, Pensions, and Heritage (APFIPP), open real estate funds achieved an average return of 4.31% from June 2022 to June 2023. This exceeds the average return of 4.04% over the past three years.

Among the accumulation funds, the average return is 4.46%, while in June, the fund Imonegócios, managed by Parvalorem, demonstrated the highest return for its subscribers, with a yield of 9.58% since the beginning of the year. This fund manages a portfolio of real estate owned by BPN.

In second place is the Property Core Real Estate fund, offered by Banco Best and managed by Square Asset Management, with the largest real estate portfolio in the country and an annual return of 6.84%.

The third place in the ranking is held by the AF Portfólio Imobiliário fund, managed by Interfundos of Millennium bcp, with a yield of 5.15%.
