Where to rent an apartment for 300 euros in Belgrade? We found 2 on Vračar and Dedinje, what do you think?!

The problems in the real estate market in Belgrade are such that to rent a decent apartment you would have to give up an average salary. Up until two years ago, the selection and prices were much more affordable. Now, if you want to find a property that you won't have to pay more than 300 euros for rent, you're going to have to put in a lot of effort. In addition, you will need luck and strong nerves, because all good offers disappear at the speed of light. If you are currently looking for an apartment in the capital, you may find this text useful.

We have researched the current offers on the market and looked through the advertisements. In this article you will find out where you can rent an apartment under 300 euros. The cost is lower, the choice is smaller, and at the moment for this amount you can find narrow studio apartments in the center of Belgrade, spacious and deserted apartments on the outskirts, as well as not badly furnished studio apartments in good locations with good transport links to the center itself.

Studios "prevail "

The game certainly has the largest number of studios, especially in Mirijevo, Čukarića, Vidikovac and Vojdovac, as well as a few in Novi Beograd. As stated on a popular apartment rental website, you can rent a studio apartment on Vračar for 290 euros. True, only 14 square meters, but with a fireplace (if this convenience justifies the price).

Also for 300 euros you can rent a studio apartment of 25 square meters in Bogoslovija.

Single room apartments in Belgrade for up to 300 euros.

With regard to the offer of one-room apartments up to 300 euros, it primarily refers to properties located on the outskirts, in private houses and with older furniture. One of the best offers is a studio apartment with full furniture and beautiful design in a house on Medakovicu. For 250 euros we found an apartment in Kotež, and for this price category you can rent apartments in Kumodraž, Mirijevo, Borča.

As far as location is concerned, the most attractive offer of a studio apartment is the one on Dedinje. We are talking about a fully furnished apartment of 31 square meters of old construction, and it is heated by an electric stove.

The game also has larger apartments, but empty.

We managed to find larger apartments in the outskirts, and some of them are rented completely empty. For 250 euros, a furnished one-bedroom apartment in Borca is available for rent, and for 50 euros more in Vishnický banya. For 300 euros you can rent a four-room apartment (70 square meters) in Železnik, as well as an empty apartment of 75 square meters in Surcin. Furnished apartments of up to 50 square meters can also be rented in Mirijevo, Kalužerici, Žarkov, Veliki Mokrom Lug. The monthly rent for an empty 49 square meter apartment on Petlový Brdu is also 300 euros. One of the best options for this price is a two-bedroom apartment in Banjica.

While browsing through the listings, we came across one completely unusual offer. We are talking about a 43 square meter apartment in a building on Lekin Brd, which has a separate room just for the solarium! An added convenience is that, as stated, all expenses are included in the rent.

The rental market has become more stable compared to the end of last year and the beginning of this year, and rents are down 30 percent. In the broad center of Belgrade you can again find apartments from 250 to 500 euros, which was almost impossible in 2022. The price varies depending on location, equipment and space, but it's not uncommon to come across unrealistically high prices that landlords continue to charge.
