This means that in most municipalities in the country, you can buy a 100 square meter house for less than 145,000 euros, according to the report by Idealista.

Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo, in the Guarda district, is the municipality with the lowest average house prices in the entire country, costing only 171 euros/m² in the last 12 months ending in the third quarter of 2022. In other words, a 100 m² house in this municipality could cost around 17,000 euros.
