Changes in management

Starting May 30, the position of interim head of the subsidiary FRANMAX, UAB, responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of information technologies for the group companies, will be held by Manfredas Dargužis, the CEO of "MAXIMA GRUPĖ", UAB. Karolis Lesikas, who previously led the company, is leaving the group.

We express our gratitude to Karolis for his contribution to the work of Franmax and other companies in the group over the past ten years.
