Glenn Sanford, the founder, remains the president and CEO of eXp World Holdings to enhance the overall productivity of the company.

He will replace Glenn Sanford, who will now fully focus on his role as founder, president, and CEO of eXp World Holdings.

In his previous role as Chief Strategy Officer, Pareja was instrumental in strengthening eXp Realty's position in the competitive real estate market. His vision and outstanding results significantly enriched the value proposition of the company for its agents. For example, the successful launch of strategic initiatives such as eXp Exclusives, Revenos and significant enhancements to eXp Solutions.
