Nevoa Group acquires Campera Outlet Shopping and Ferrara Plaza.

Campera Outlet Shopping was opened in 2000 in Carregado and was the first outlet center in Portugal. The building has an area of more than 23 thousand square meters and includes 124 stores. Campera Outlet Shopping features well-known brands such as Lion of Porches, Saccor, Lefties, Levi Strauss, Mango, Decénio and Tiffosi, as well as the grocery hypermarket Auchan.
Ferrara Plaza in Pasos de Ferreira is the largest shopping center in the Vale de Sousa region.
These two assets join Grupo Névoa's portfolio, which includes Shopping Cidade do Porto in Porto, acquired in January this year, Braga Retail Center in Braga, Mira''Maia Shopping in Maia, both acquired in December 2021, Darque Retail Park in Viana do Castelo and Beja Retail Park in Beja.
